Canadian Accounts: New Accounts To become a Podium Skatewear dealer, you must maintain a storefront or established business with an appropriate commercial business address. Dealers must complete an application on the website or download a written application to be completed and faxed. A sales tax identification number is required. A minimum opening order is $400.00. Subsequent orders are a minimum of $100.00 or a $10.00 surcharge will apply (excluding backorders).   Terms All new accounts are payable by Visa or MasterCard. N-30 Day terms may be extended to active, established businesses with three current references in good standing and the name of your financial institution. Accounts that become overdue will automatically lose N-30 day payment privileges and will revert to credit card payment without warning. Future orders will be shipped credit card only. No exceptions will be made. We reserve the right to hold any order if an account is overdue. Only accounts in good standing will have applicable discounts applied to their orders. Cheques returned NSF would be subject to a $40.00 service fee.   Returns Must be made within 21 days of invoice, and must be shipped prepaid. An authorization number is required for all returns and is valid for 21 days only. Only manufacturers defects will be accepted as returns. Otherwise a 25% restocking charge will be applied. Returns showing evidence of wear will NOT be accepted for return.   Team Orders All special orders must be placed in writing by fax, mail or email. Orders must be complete before production can begin. Special orders require a minimum of 6 units per style per colour. A 50% deposit is required prior to going into production, with the balance due on shipment. Sizes 3XL and larger will have a 15% surcharge applied. Delivery times vary, but please allow 4 – 8 weeks. Freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are NOT included in the price of the product. Special orders are made to your specifications; therefore, these items cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect.   Shipping and Delivery Delivery times will vary but generally take about 4 weeks from the time of order. Freight charges are the responsibility of the dealer (including backorders). All orders are F.O.B. Mississauga, Ontario Canada. Special shipping arrangements can be made for “Rush Orders”. However, these methods of shipping are considerably more expensive and are the responsibility of the dealer.   Rush Production If production is required in 2 weeks time, please add $30.00 per item. If production is required in 1 week’s time, please add $40.00 per item.   Prices Prices are subject to change without notice.
